House Rules

  • Lacovia is a quiet and relaxed resort complex we ask that you respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
  • Check in time is after 2:00 PM local time.
  • Check out time is before 11:00AM local time.
  • No children under 5 years old are permitted as guests.
  • 1 Key will be provided at check in.  Keys are electronic and are NOT WATERPROOF.  Lost, stolen, broken or water damaged keys are subject to US$125 fee.
  • No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are allowed in the unit or on the resort property.
  • No smoking is permitted in the condo or terraces or in other designated nonsmoking areas.
  • No pets are permitted on premises.
  • Trash must be removed from the unit and placed in the dumpsters in a timely manner during your stay and at check out. The dumpster is located at the front of the property adjacent to the tennis courts.
  • For energy savings, we ask you to set the thermostat at 80F or higher when leaving the apartment. The thermostats are located on the wall next to the powder room downstairs and in the master bedroom upstairs.
  • Keep all doors and windows shut while the A.C. is running at any temperature.
  • Please refrain from placing luggage on the bed coverlets.  Extra cleaning charge or replacement charge will apply if damage occurs.
  • Use the terrace racks to hang your wet clothing, shoes, swimming suits/shorts to dry.  Please remove all items from the terraces once dry.
  • Linens and towels are provided for each bedroom. (Damage fee US$200 to replace sheet sets and US$40 per towel)
  • Beach towels are provided for your stay. (Lost towel fee US$40 each)
  • Consumable items are not provided.
  • Please keep the unit clean and tidy, extra cleaning fees will be applied if the unit is left excessively dirty.
  • Additional rules of the resort complex apply please be respectful of the complex and its guests.
  • Any lost, stolen or broken items will be charged to tenants at check out.
  • While Cayman and Lacovia are very safe the condo’s doors should be locked at all times when the unit is unoccupied.  Tenants will be held liable for any items lost or stolen from the unit.
  • Management maintains the right to refuse entry to or evict any guest for material misstatement, omission, or failure to comply with any rules or regulations at their sole discretion.
